The certification is only available digitally to avoid any possible counterfeiting. Don't panic, you need to :

• Take your phone with the NFC function activated (if it is not automatically activated).

• Bring your phone close to the object (if you can't find where to read the certificate, see here)

• The page for your product will appear

Alternatively, you can log in directly to access your certificates via your digital wallet

After several attempts, you can't read your certificate? There are two possibilities:

• The authentication solution may be damaged. In this case, contact the brand's customer service or go directly to the shop.

• You are dealing with a counterfeit, in which case contact the brand's customer service, stating that you are probably dealing with a counterfeit.
